TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR
AVAILING THE HOSPITALITY PACKAGE BEING OFFERED BY BTTF-2007

	Arrival & departure transfers.
	Accommodation on twin sharing basis for a maximum of 4 (four) nights with breakfast.
	Hotel-venue-hotel transfers once each day during the fair.
	Available discounted air-ticket where Biman Bangladesh Airlines & GMG Airlines, the two partners of the event flies. For this we shall need your request to reach us with all personal details (name, passport number, nationality etc.) at least 4 weeks prior to your journey

However, to earn the above hospitality package, the overseas participants (both exhibitor & buyer) will need to comply with the following terms and conditions:

FOR EXIBITOR:

	For each stall booked, we shall provide hospitality package for a maximum of 2 PAX. In case of the booking of a semi-pavilion, there will be hospitality package available for a maximum of 4 PAX. And, in case of a pavilion there will be hospitality package available for 8 PAX.
	Maximum 2 (two) different companies will be allowed to share a stall as exhibitors. However, the number of hospitality package against the stall will remain the same i.e., 2 (two) PAX, which will be shared by the two companies.

FOR BUYER:

You all are most welcome to come and visit our fair as a visitor or buyer. But if you want to visit this fair as a buyer and avail the above hospitality package, you will need to confirm the following.

	That you are an active member of the professional trade body of your country.
	That you have contact with at least one member of TOAB the organizer of this fair. For your kind convenience we have attached with this mail for you the complete list of all the TOAB members. In case you have problem in this respect, you are requested to please, contact us. Please note that for each buyer company or agency only 1 (one) hospitality package will be available.
